  • 34 Tables (1500mm x 750mm)
  • 4 Tables (7500mm x 750mm)
  • 199 Chairs (Plastic, stackable)
  • 10 Chairs (Vinyl, steel frames with arm rests)
  • Stage - 3 pieces (movable)

 

* Maximum number in attendance at functions where alcohol is served shall be 130 persons.

 

Kitchen:

  • Gas stove
  • Electric stove
  • Deep frier
  • Microwave oven
  • Pie warmer
  • Bain-marie
  • 2 x 2 door fridges
  • Small deep freezer
  • Dishwaser

 

* No cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc. are provided as part of the hire fee. There is a limited quantity available for hire by special arrangement. By utilising both the large and small dinner plates there is sufficient crockery (including dessert plates) to cater for 120 persons. There is approximately 80 cups and saucers (a mixture of green and white).

NB: Kitchen Bond is fully refundable when facility is left clean and tidy. Charges will apply if left in a dirty/untidy state.

 

Other Uses:

For uses other than those listed above (e.g. bands, concerts, stage productions - other than Local & Arts Council), the applicant is required to complete and lodge a Hire Form with Council for consideration. If approval is granted, the applicant will be provided with the amount of the hire fee and bond required.
