Horse Riding
The region offers some beautiful riding environments, especially along the picturesque riverbanks, or the grassy semi-open woods. Riders will feel they have journeyed back in time given the prehistoric feel of ancient native grass trees nestled amid the cypress forests.
Hunting
 | Hunting is safely controlled on private hunting properties in the Council's more remote and wild reaches. In particular, feral animals, such as deer, wild pigs, foxes and goats provide excellent game. |
